The crucial skills required by the Hydropower Expert are as follows:

• The expert should have significant experience in hydropower projects and understand the overall construction of hydropower projects with relevant experience of Civil/ M&E interfaces;
• The expert should have demonstrated experience to successfully complete the projects;
• 15 plus years of experience on at least 3 different Hydropower projects;
