You will be employed at site to manage a hydropower project’s closing phases for the owner. This is an urgent position and invite interest from those who can be available to start a new position in November 2024.

This position holds responsibility of oversight for the erection, testing, commissioning & close out of a hydropower project: dam & pumping stations in Asia.

You will be employed on a consulting basis by the owner for an initial period of 6-8 months (this will likely roll into a long-term engagement up to 5 years which will involve design and design review).

You will need extensive experience in:

• Working at CRE, Project Manager level or equivalent.
• Erection, testing, commissioning & close out of hydropower projects.
• Contracts, you will need to direct and manage the contractor. Experience with administration and management of FIDIC contracts is essential.
• Working on international hydropower projects in a site-based capacity.
• You will also be suitably qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering at MSc or BSc level.
• You will also be fluent in written and spoken English.

Start: ASAP, realistically early November 2024.

Salary: A highly competitive USD day rate for the initial ST assignment. The company will provide visa’s, accommodation, and insurances.

6-day work week.
