Be part of Australia’s mega hydropower project, this pumped storage development will output over 2,000MW of power. You will work within the design team supporting the Technical Project Manager, based in their design offices and participate in Design Deliverables Production, coordinating with the production teams based in France. The objective is the design of the CW structures for the future powerplant and its permanent access tunnels.
You will live in a town local to the project and is suitable for family status. There is a potential option to transition to a site based, Resident role in 2025 to oversee construction activities on a “drive in, drive out” basis on either 7 or 21 day rotations.
What you will require:
- Master degree in Civil Engineering
- experience in reinforced concrete structures.
- 10 to 15 years in civil design of major structures, preferably including one site experience.
- Prior experience on large-scale civil engineering, hydropower projects will be a significant advantage.
- Fluent in English.
