A short term expedition for a period of 4 or 5 months per annum to be based in Pakistan working for a consultancy, design and tendering of construction works have been completed with construction supervision is about to start.

I’m searching for an expert to perfom as Project Manager / Construction Manager with the following credentials:

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical  Engineering from a recognized university.
• Should have specific experience of working in senior techno-managerial position with at least 5 years as Team Leader on relevant projects (construction/supervision of dam and hydropwer projects).
• Should have minimum experience of 15 years with at least 10 years in construction and design of dam and hydropower projects.

Input:

The assignment will be on an intermittent basis and the relevant deployment schedule will be decided together with the project counterparts based on the needs of the project. Although the actual number of months worked will be decided together with the client, contractors, etc. based on the project needs, our guess is that the expert will work 4-5 months a year. In total, 15 months Site and 3 months Home input on an intermittent basis over a total period of 48 months.

Salary:

Payments will be monthly and only for the durations worked, the salary will be 10,000 USD NET per month + Accommodation will be in a five-star hotel and provided by the employer. For visits to site, site accommodation will be provided by the contractors + All associated travel expenses are paid by the client.
