Are you looking to be part a growing team specialising in both UK and International Hydropower & Dam engineering projects?

A consultancy with huge levels of success delivering projects on a global scale requires a Project Manager for their office in the South-East of the UK. They offer Technical advisory; Construction Supervision and engineering solutions to the Hydro & Dam sector in both the UK and Internationally, the company has a flexible working environment and requires a hard-working person to fit into their existing forward-thinking team. They enable developing economies to grow in a sustainable and responsible way by providing clean, renewable energy, by giving access to electricity in areas where there is very little.

This role will be working as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary and globally spread Hydro team on medium to large scale projects for both the public and private sector.

 Experience Required:

  • Minimum Degree Qualified in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.  Preference would be given to those candidates with a higher degree. Ideally Chartered.
  • The selected candidate will have over 5 x years of Hydropower & Dam engineering experience.
  • Candidates should have existing right to work and live in the UK. You must be fluent in English, abilities in other languages are an advantage.
  • Although based in the UK, overseas visits might be expected, usually of short duration (one or two weeks)
  • Strong understanding of the global renewable energy market, with focus on Hydropower
