Join a Renewable Energy business with various existing projects and employees located internationally, including some long-term contractors.
This role is for full team management with a strategic focus. You will head the L&D, Payroll, Recruitment (with continued collaboration with Plan Recruit) ER departments and the team from the main office and other international locations and projects. You will be expected to initiate and drive various HR related projects in support to the MD and business outlook.
Some international travel will be intermittently expected when required for various conferences and other office visits.
You will be expected to have a keen interest and drive for diversity and inclusion initiatives, the business prides itself on ingenuity in all of its departments.
